Greens and Veggies with Miso Ginger and Tempeh

HUGE fan of salads 🙂

Ingredients:

• 2 c mixed organic salad greens

• 1/4 red bell pepper diced

• 1 c cherry tomatoes

• 1/4 c shredded carrots

• 1 small salad cucumber

• diced low-fat mozzarella cheese

• 1 serving diced tempeh

• 2 tbsp Organicville Ginger Miso dressing

• cilantro

• flax cracker pieces (found at Sendiks)
