This program was developed to give horse back riders a much needed dimension to their riding. Functional strength, postural integrity, core strength, and stability are often overlooked by riders. In reality these components are crucial for riding success.
With many years of riding and competing (background in Eventing and Hunter/Jumper disciplines). Together we will work on determining your muscle imbalances and working to improve on areas that will enhance your riding position and general fitness.
