Started the day with some email corresponding, phone calls, and planning for the future. Then down to Froedtert Sports Med. for a workout, followed by some training plan programming, then it was time for WHOLE FOODS with Chrissy. LOVE that store and it’s a VERY good thing that I only go every couple months because I leave BROKE but with so much yummy food. Some of today’s finds and all time favorites included.. Clif Bars (White Chocolate Macadamia Nut) and Lara Bar (PB & J) & Braggs Liquid Amino Acids (kinda like a soy sauce replacement)… Also I discovered pure nirvana in a can today. It is called Solixir .. I tried the the Blackberry Chamomile and it was OUTSTANDING. Not too sweet, completely healthy, and super refreshing. Next time I am buying a case of these. What a treat 🙂
So now I am off to working on my web site and training plans for athletes. So much to get done right now but it is all exciting stuff. For dinner will have the HUGE salad I created from Whole Foods. Perfect fuel for a night of work, work, work…. oh, and stretching too.
