Ok. Sooooo excited cause I made gluten free, dairy free chocolate ice cream tonight! That’s huge when you deal with food allergies and have not been able to eat ice cream for a LONG time.
3/4 c. vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 pkg dark chocolate reese pb cups
1 MAGIC BULLET blender…. blend and enjoy.
So great! Of course that was after a large plate of nachos with soy cheese, avocado, pico, and assorted veggies including kale. OK, so kinda nachos!
News on training….. headed in a wonderful direction with the greatest guiding me. Mike, Dick, Dr. Porter, and others… what a great team! Grateful God puts awesome people in the right places at the right time. Pretty cool.
