March or jog in place or around the block 3-5 minutes to warm-up (go slow)

Lunges :30 / leg

 

 

 

 

Plank :60

 

 

 

 

Wood-chop with resistance band :30/side

 

 

 

Jack-knife with exercise ball (count 20 reps)

 

 

 

 

Jump rope :60

 

 

 

 

Exercise ball crunches :60

 

 

 

Single leg bridge with exercise ball :30/side

 

 

 

TRX row :30

 

 

 

Jog or walk  3-5 minutes
