Project in the works

Some know, many don’t, that I am working on a BIG project…. soon you will have access to lots of AWESOME, HEALTHY, and INEXPENSIVE recipes that will fuel your training and wellness. This will include meal plan ideas, grocery lists, recipes (gluten free, dairy free, low sugar), and pictures. Also included will be tips on making wise choices as far as nutrition to limit inflammation in the body, decreasing stress, and fueling your athletic endeavors. Here are a few pictures..all whole foods you can find at the farmer’s market or grocery store (I prefer local farmer’s markets though) 🙂
