This week salad (and tonight’s fuel) …

Mix of salad greens (I used mix of mixed greens and spinach)

Cucumber

Orange bell pepper

Tomato

Carrots

Fresh dill

Grilled chicken breast

Tsp. of goat cheese

Sprinkled with flax crackers and a raspberry vinaigrette …

* I ate this along with some sweet potato fries and the entire meal was delicious *

Loaded with anti-oxidants, protein, and flavor! Enjoy!!!
