Ok, just a quick post on my new favorite fuel. I promise tonight or tomorrow I’ll post my favorites in running gear.
1 container yogurt of choice ( 1 use Chobani Greek or yoplait light)
Huge handful gluten free pretzel sticks broken in halfs or thirds ( you don’t have to use gluten free)
2 tbsp crushed walnut pieces
Optional fresh berries
Mix up all and enjoy! Yum!
